Edgar L. Frame, 86, husband of the late Doris (Haldeman) Frame, of East Nantmeal, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2015, in the Neighborhood Hospice, West Chester. Born in East Nantmeal, he was a son of the late William, and Rebecca (Gray) Frame.

Mr. Frame was a self-employed trucker and in his early years owned Frame’s Oil, delivering home heating oil. He had been a member of Nantmeal United Methodist Church and the Mount Pickering Lodge F&AM. He also enjoyed long walks around his neighborhood with his dog, tinkering and home repair.

Mr. Frame is survived by his sons, Gary Lee Frame, of Eagle and Michael Alan Frame, of Morgantown; two grandchildren, Ryan and Carly Frame; and siblings, Elizabeth Hughes, of Honey Brook, Phyllis Harrop, of Honey Brook, Caroline Kritatis, of Delaware and Warren Frame, of Ludwig’s Corner. He was preceded in death by two brothers, William and Gilbert Frame.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service at Nantmeal United Methodist Church, 359 Nantmeal Road, Glenmoore, PA, on Thursday, March 26, 2015, at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Robert Schoonmaker. Friends will be received from 10:00-11:00 am. Memorial contributions may be made in Edgar’s name to the Phoenix Animal Rescue, 931 Pottstown Pike, Chester Springs, PA 19425.
