It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Edmund John Murawski Jr. on February 18, 2025 at the age of 67.

Born on February 27, 1957 in the Andorra section of Philadelphia, Ed was the son of the late Edmund J. Murawski Sr. and Geraldine Nawn.

Ed graduated from Roxborough High School in 1975 and went on to work as a mechanic for 10 years. He would later attend Montgomery County Community College to obtain a degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Throughout his career he provided technical support to pharmaceutical companies. Most recently, he worked as a service delivery integration manager for Sky Systems Inc.

An avid Philadelphia sports fan, Ed loved watching the Flyers and Eagles. He was thrilled to watch the Eagles win Superbowl 59 alongside his family and friends. Ed enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family and a good meal!

Ed is preceded in death by his parents and brother James Murawski. He is survived by his wife, Wendy. His daughters, Celia Wolf (Michael) and Brittany Vandegrift (Paul). One sister, Gerri Wilson along with nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses with Tower Health, Phoenixville Hospital's Cancer Center and staff with Heartland Hospice.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Ed's name can be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network or the American Diabetes Association.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, Pennsylvania on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 11:30 AM. Friends will be received from 10:30 AM-11:30 AM at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home. Arrangements are being handled by the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home.
