Edward P. Synski, age 85, husband of Caroline (Cipollone) Synski, of Worcester, PA, died Tuesday morning, October 28, 2008 in his home.? Mr. Synski was born and graduated high school in Chicago.? A veteran, he served for the U. S. Army during World War II.? He served in the 101st Airborne, during the battle at Bastogne, in Belgium.? Mr. Synski enjoyed golfing, especially at Wood's golf course.? He also participated in the Montgomery County Senior Games, where he won numerous silver and gold medals.?
In addition to his wife of over 55 years, Mr. Synski is survived by two sons; Robert J. O'Brien, of Stevensville, PA, James J., husband of Mary Ann (Pecharo) O'Brien, of Royersford, PA, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.? He is pre-deceased by three brothers and one sister.? Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA on Friday morning, October 31, 2008 at 11AM. ?Burial will be in the Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Prospectville, PA.?
