Eileen A. (Horrocks) Linton, wife of Robert A. Linton, of Royersford, PA died Tuesday morning, July 26, 2011 at the home of her son in Pottstown. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Agnes (Hickey) Horrocks. Mrs. Linton was a graduate of the West Catholic High School for Girls. She was a long term active member of the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Royersford. She volunteered in many areas of the parish and worked in the parish school until her recent illness.

In addition to her husband of 35 years, Mrs. Linton is survived by three children; Stephen M., husband of Alison Carmel, of Virginia, Richard T. "Rick", husband of Cheryl Carmel, of Pottstown, Judy R., wife of Ken Christman, of Sanatoga, PA, five grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Linton was pre-deceased by one sister; Janet Horrocks, one brother; Robert Horrocks.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at the Sacred Heart R.C. Church on Monday, August 1, 2011 at 10:00 AM. Officiating will be the Rev. Peter J. DiMaria. Burial will be in the Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick, PA. Friends will be received from 9:00 - 9:45AM Monday morning at the Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in her name to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 5300 Chester Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19143. The Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA is in charge of the arrangements.
