Elaine D. (Yost) Eschbach, age 65, wife of Robert W. Eschbach, of Royersford, PA, died late Monday evening, December 22, 2008 in the Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, PA. Born in Royersford, she was a daughter of the late William P., and Ella D. (Chico) Yost. She attended school in Upper Providence. Mrs. Eschabch formerly worked for the Spring City Knitting Company in Spring City, PA. She was a member of the North Pointe Community Church. Mrs. Eschbach enjoyed crafts, Nascar, baseball, and decorating the house for the holidays.
In addition to her husband of 40 years, Mrs. Eschbach is survived by one son; Kenneth C. Grater, Jr., of Pottstown, PA, one sister; Ella, wife of the late Edward Ewing, one brother; William Yost, Jr., husband of Eleanor Yost, of North Coventry, two grandchildren; Jarred A. Grater, Brooke M. Grater, and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Good Shepherd Chapel Mausoleum at the Limerick Garden of Memories, 44 Swamp Pike, Limerick, PA 19468 on Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 10AM. Officiating will be the Rev. Randy D. Johnson. Burial will be in the Limerick Garden of Memories. Friends will be received from 9:00 - 10:00 AM Saturday morning at the chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in her name to the Crohn's Foundation, 386 Park Avenue South, 17th floor, New York, NY 10016.
