Born in Wayne, Pennsylvania, Elaine Hunt was the daughter of the late Walter Nelson Brown and Harriet Louise (Bauer) Brown.

Elaine graduated from Radnor High School in 1956. While in school she belonged to choir and NRA. She worked at Bell Telephone as an operator and also at F.W. Woolworth as a department lead. She married Robert Hunt on Sat Oct 18, 1958. Elaine was a loving mother and homemaker; she enjoyed caring for her family and their home. She also enjoyed dancing, ceramics, cake decorating and other crafts.

Elaine had an amazing memory. She would often call and congratulate us on an obscure anniversary like a first date or the first day of a new job. We took advantage of this skill when we wanted to recall who attended a party or what color clothes someone wore to a specific event.

Elaine is survived by her daughter Donna Lynn (Garold) Holladay, her daughter-in-law Christine "Tina" Hunt, her six Grandchildren Jennae (Joseph) Thomas, Thomas Holladay, Miriam (Kyle) Shaw, Davis Holladay, Robert D. (Michelle) Hunt, and Brian Hunt, her eight Great Grandchildren Benjamin Thomas, Lydia Thomas, Alan Thomas, Ava Shaw, Eugene Shaw, Izak Shaw, Mason Hunt, and Olivia Hunt, and her nieces and nephews Karen McClure, June Birkbeck, John Borzillo, and Alan Borzillo. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Hunt, her parents Walter Brown, Harriet Brown, her son Robert James Hunt, her Great Grandson Henry Thomas, and her sister Phyllis Borzillo, wife of the late Jack Borzillo.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc, 610 Main Street, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Officiating will be Bishop Bradley Mead. Burial will follow in the Baptist Church in the Great Valley Cemetery, Devon, PA.
