Eleanor "Jane" Donovan, of Royersford, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 21, 2020 at the Paoli Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 24, 1936 in Royersford, she was a daughter of the late Harold D. Donovan, and Nellie V. (Stepp) Donovan.

Jane was very well-known in the Royersford community, she was a member of many community organizations such as the "Hookies" Friendship Hook & Ladder Firehouse, the Royersford VFW, a dedicated member of the Royersford United Methodist Church, and those who knew her from working at Genuardi's, and Giant for over 35 years. In her spare time she enjoyed watching sports and was an avid fan, she would frequently attend her grandchildren’s sporting events and you could always count on her being there and cheering them on from the stands, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her loving family, dear friends, and her granddogs.

Jane is survived by her loving daughter, Amy Donovan; Two loving grandchildren, Nicholas, and Christopher Donovan, husband of Kate; One brother-in-law, Gary Grater; and her loving granddog, Murphy Joseph Donovan. She is also survived by many family members, life-long friends, and many acquaintances she has made over the years.

In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Donovan Grater; Two brothers Richard Donovan, and Donald Donovan; one nephew Gregory Grater, and her granddog Mia Jane Donovan.

A viewing for Eleanor will be held privately on Friday August 28, 2020 at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home from 10:00 AM - 11:00AM. Services will follow the calling time at 11:00AM. The calling time and services will be available via live stream by clicking on the link below. A burial will follow the services in the Fernwood Cemetery, Royersford PA.
