Eliana Grace Hoffman, beloved infant daughter of Karl and Kimberly (Knox) Hoffman, of Pottstown, passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018 in Children's Hospital of Philadelphia after battling a congenital heart defect. She was born on January 17, 2018 and fought bravely every day of her life and amazed the hospital staff with her strength. The family wishes to thank everyone who prayed for her and her family. Eliana's miraculous victories demonstrated God's love and the power of prayer.

Some of Ellie's favorite things were holding Daddy's finger, bedtime stories with Mommy, and being held by her parents. She enjoyed being calmed by her pacifier, hummed lullabies, and grabbing onto her G-tube.

Eliana is survived by Maternal Grandfather, Randy (Margaret (Geary)) Knox of Spring City, PA; Paternal Grandfather, Jeff (Crystal) Hoffman of Macungie, PA; Paternal Grandmother, Tammy (Bernie) Betts of West Deptford, NJ; Maternal Great-Grandmother, Thelma Geary of Elizabeth, IN; Paternal Great-Grandmother, Jean Hoffman of Pottstown, PA; Two Aunts, Katherine (Jason) Horst of Manheim, PA, Chelsea Hoffman of Macungie, PA; Two Uncles, Eric Knox of Philadelphia, PA, Kurtis Hoffman of Boyertown, PA; Cousins, Shiloh and Asher Horst and Cassandra Nelson.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Ceremony at Trinity Lighthouse Church, 66 South Limerick Road, Royersford, Pennsylvania on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Pastor Wayne Houck. Burial will be held in the Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick, Pennsylvania. Friends will be received from 9:30 am - 11:00 am Saturday at Trinity Lighthouse Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Eliana's memory to C.H.O.P.
