Elizabeth A. Hood, 56, of Linfield, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Phoenixville Hospital. She was the widow of Dennis P. Hood Sr., who died in 1986.

She was born in Shamokin, a daughter of the late Joseph M. and Margaret Ann (Jones) Pellish. Mrs. Hood was a graduate of Pottstown High School in 1974. She was a homemaker and for many years also provided childcare in her home.

She is survived by her children: Jennifer L. Hood, of Linfield; Dennis P. Jr., husband of Jennifer A. Hood, of Royersford; sisters: Michelle M. Traynor and husband Dewey, of Dover, DE; Meg L. Lanphear and husband Michael, of Royersford; Katherine A. Fargo and husband Paul, of Souderton, PA and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 10 AM at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA. Visitation will be from 9-10 AM. Burial will follow in Limerick Garden of Memories.
