Elizabeth A. Latshaw, age 83, wife of the late Horace E. "Bud" Latshaw, longtime resident of Chester Springs, PA, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023 in Sunrise at Blue Bell. Born on December 14, 1939 in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late William H. and Yvonne (Boisvert) Rigg.

Mrs. Latshaw was a graduate of Downingtown High School. She was a proud resident of Chester Springs who enjoyed taking in the beauty around her. Oftentimes she could be found taking walks and feeding the wildlife. She loved tending to her gardens, and she looked forward to the yearly family trips to Stone Harbor, NJ. She was a talented artist who enjoyed painting and crafting, and she loved animals, especially her cat Mr. Big.

Mrs. Latshaw is survived by two daughters, Susan, wife of the late Neal Cohen and Kelly, wife of the late Kevin Fox; four grandchildren, Ryan Cohen, Gregory Cohen, Dylan Fox, and Taralee, wife of Robert Anderson; one sister, Janet Hargreaves; several nieces and nephews; and many lifelong friends. She was preceded in death by three children, Cheryl Rich, Andrew Latshaw, and Thomas Latshaw; and one brother, Charles Rigg.

A visitation for family and friends will take place at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., 610 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Saturday, July 15, 2023 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am.
