Elizabeth Ann (Kane) Moore, 81, wife of the late Daniel R. Moore Jr., of Royersford, formerly Phoenixville, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016 in Parkhouse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born on August 21, 1934 in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Ruth (Plenderleith) Kane.

Mrs. Moore was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Phoenixville, where she was a long time Sunday School teacher, member of the UMW, and had been employed as the secretary for many years. She enjoyed watching tv, knitting, especially afghans, and was an avid reader. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her grandsons.
Mrs. Moore is survived by two sons: Jack, husband of Alaina Moore, of Collegeville and Tom, husband of Peggy Moore, of Phoenixville; brother: Charles Jr., husband of Debbie Kane, of North Wales; and two grandsons: Danny and Jake Moore. She was preceded in death by a son: Tim Moore; and sister: Charlotte Houck.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the First United Methodist Church of Phoenixville, 865 South Main Street, Phoenixville, on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 10:30 am. Officiating will be the Rev. Mark Young. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Friends will be received from 9:00-10:15 am at the Church.
