Elizabeth (Betty) Place, Age 93 wife of the late A Elwood (Bud) Place of Royersford,
Pennsylvania, passed away on July 4th, 2024 at Morningside House of Collegeville,
Collegeville, PA. Born November 16, 1930, in Philadelphia. She was the daughter of the late Haddie (Agatha) Ebinger (Agnes) and Gottlieb Ebinger.

Betty graduated from Spring City High School in 1948. After graduating, she worked as a house cleaner and caretaker. Betty worked at Phillips Knitting Mills, Royersford then National Liberty, Frazer, PA until her retirement in 1989. After retirement she busied herself with working part time in the Spring-Ford School District Cafeteria's, volunteered for Meals on Wheels and the American Red Cross.

She enjoyed going to all the Spring-Ford High school sports games and matches, taking care of her house, she loved cooking, sewing and knitting. Betty enjoyed attending church at St James Ev. Lutheran church and traveling.

In addition to her late husband Bud who she was married to for 70 years, she was preceded in death by a daughter: Carol A. Lippy. Betty is survived by her daughter Lora wife of Stephen Sanderson of Royersford. Grandchildren: Lisa Rossi, Karen Jeffords, Eric Sanderson, Eileen Caro and Elysia Sanderson. Great Grandchildren: Bretton, Torrance, Hailie, Teagyn, Seryn and Aaron. Great - Great Grandchild: Audrey.
Betty also has three siblings: The late Helen Wells and surviving siblings William Ebinger and Shirley Miller.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend her Memorial service on July 29th, 2024 at St James Ev. Lutheran Church, 93 Kugler Rd, Limerick. Officiating will be Rev. Chrstopher McKinstry and Bobbie Hoffman. Visitation will be 10:30am-11:30am, Service will follow, interment will be at Limerick Garden of Memories.
