Obituary

Eric J. D'Ercole, 34, husband of Rachel (Rosenberry) D'Ercole, of Phoenixville, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday morning, April 10, 2016 at his residence. Born on January 16, 1982 in Wynnewood, PA, he was a son of the late Mario and Sandra (Records) D'Ercole, of Phoenixville.

Eric was a graduate of St. Pius X High School. Eric was a retired Army veteran, having served in Bravo Company 1-111th IN. He loved his job as a court clerk for Montgomery County Courthouse. An active member of St. Ann R.C. Church, Eric assisted with the offertory.

Eric loved kayaking and his beloved dog, Brody, but most important was time spent with Eden.

In addition to his wife and mother, Eric is survived by his daughter: Eden R. D'Ercole; brothers: Silvio P., husband of Sadie D'Ercole, of Phoenixville and John J. D'Ercole, of Phoenixville; nephews: Gavin and Griffin D'Ercole; mother-in-law: Christine Missimer, of Perkiomenville; father-in-law: Harold J. Rosenberry, of Pottstown; and brother-in-law: Adam J. Rosenberry, of Douglassville.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass at St. Ann Chapel, 604 South Main Street, Phoenixville, on Friday, April 15, 2016 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. John J. Newns. Interment will follow in the St. Ann Cemetery. Friends will be received from 6:30 - 8:00 pm Thursday evening at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc, 610 Main Street, Phoenixville and from 9:00 - 10:45 am Friday morning at the Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the Eric D'Ercole Memorial Fund, c/o Phoenixville Federal, 120 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460, for the future education of Eden.
