Esther U. (Renninger) Brendlinger, age 94, formerly a lifelong resident of New Hanover, passed away on Monday, March 17, 2008, in the Manatawny Manor, East Coventry.? She was the wife of the late Paul J. Brendlinger, with whom she had 64 happy years of marriage.? Born in New Hanover Twp., she was a daughter of the late William B. and Ella (Urfer) Renninger.?
She was a member of the New Hanover Evangelical Lutheran Church, and will be remembered for her love of family, baking, quilting, and gardening.?
Mrs. Brendlinger is survived by one daughter, Alfie Wade of Boyertown, sister Arlene Moyer of Brookhaven, Eight Grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.? She was preceded in death by daughters Patricia Smith and Pauline Major, son William Brendlinger, and by ten siblings, Florence Houck, Dorothy Welder, Raymond Renninger, Edna Simmons, John Renninger, Viola Renninger, Alverda Bergey, Leroy Renninger, Marion Kulp, and Thelma Sands.?
