Evelyn J. (Welsh) Cook, age 82, wife of Robert E. Cook, of Lower Providence Township, died Friday morning, December 12, 2008 in the Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, PA.? Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Florence Welsh.? Mrs. Cook formerly worked for the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company in Philadelphia.? She enjoyed music, dancing, and talking with family and friends.?
In addition to her husband of 52 years, Mrs. Cook is survived by two sons; Glenn R. Cook, of New Jersey, and Wayne G., husband of Lori (Yerger) Cook, of Eagleville, PA, one sister; Dorothy Fischer, of Rutledge, PA, two grandsons; Wayne G. Cook, Jr and Kyle T. Cook.? Mrs. Cook was pre-deceased by one brother; George Welsh.?
