Evelyn M. (Wright) Overstreet, 93, wife of the late James K. Overstreet, of Phoenixville, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2012, in her residence. Born in Newville, AL, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Fannie (McClenny) Wright.

Mrs. Overstreet worked with her husband in the family business. She enjoyed reading and gardening, but most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and family.

Mrs. Overstreet is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth A., wife of Peter J. Fifer, of Birchrunville; three grandchildren, Andrew P., husband of Kathleen Fifer, Katharine M., wife of Nathan Heess, and Margaret A. Arsenich; nine great grandchildren; and one niece, Geraldine, wife of Jerry Herring. She was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Gerald and Vivian Wright.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Evelyn's name to the Seasons Hospice and Pallative Care, 700 S.
