Obituary

F. Marlene (Dotterer) Holliday, age 75, wife of the late Aaron J. Holliday, of Linfield, PA, died late Monday evening, March 21, 2011 in the Delaware County Medical Center. Born in Boyertown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Paul M. and Anna F. (Reitnauer) Dotterer. She was a 1953 graduate of the Boyertown High School. Mrs. Holliday began her professional teaching career as an art teacher at the Limerick Elementary School. She then worked for many years as a teaching assistant at the Arcola Intermediate School of the Methacton School District. Mrs. Holliday was a devoted, long term member of St. James Lutheran Church in Limerick.

Mrs. Holliday is survived by two sons; the Rev. John C., husband of the Rev. Lisa (Stanwich) Holliday, of Old Tappan, NJ, Paul M. Holliday, husband of Betsy (Bradbury) Holliday, of Birdsboro, PA, One Sister; E. Ruth Becker, of MD, David R. Dotterer, of Boyertown, PA, seven grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at St. James Lutheran Church, 93 Kugler Road, Limerick, PA 19468 on Saturday morning, March 26, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Officiating will be the Rev. Stuart W. Luce. Friends will be received from 9:45-10:45 AM Saturday morning at the Church. Burial will be held privately in the Limerick Garden of Memories. The Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA is in charge of the arrangements.
