Fay M. Beard, age 87, wife of Mahlon Wilmer Beard Jr., of East Coventry, died Friday, November 2, 2018 in ManorCare Health Services - Pottstown.

Born on April 26, 1931 in Cromwell Twp., Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Margaret (Rutter) Dell. She was a graduate of Phoenixville High School and worked as a Cafeteria Manager for Vincent Elementary School, Owen J. Robert School District before retiring.

She enjoyed watching mysteries on tv, doing her word search books and reading the "Globe" magazine. She always said they couldn't print it if it wasn't true. Fay enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids and will be greatly missed by everyone.

Fay was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and is survived by Four Sons, Mahlon Wilmer "Buster" (Stacy) Beard III of Hopewell, PA, Ricky J. (Donna) Beard of Spring City, PA, Randy L. Beard of East Coventry, PA, James A. Beard of Pottstown, PA; Daughter, Fay M. Stoudt of Birdsboro, PA; Grandchildren: Allison, Jennifer, Heather, Justin, Ashley, Allie, Bradley and Connor; Great-Grandchildren: Avery, Stephen, Taylor and Lucas. Two Sisters: Jean (Jack) Mourar of Barto, PA and Shirley (Late Richard) Beard of Pottstown, PA; Brother, William Dell of FL; and many nieces and nephews.

A Service will be held at Limerick Garden of Memories Veterans Mausoleum, 44 Swamp Pike, Limerick, PA 19468 on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 11 AM.
