Flora L. Trego of West Chester, formerly of Chester Springs died August 22, 2012 at home with her loving family at her side, after a 35 year battle with scleroderma.

She was born in Cornwall on the Hudson, New York, and was the daughter of the late John and Rita Smith. She and her husband, William M. Trego, with whom she had shared 49 years of marriage at the time of his passing in 2000, lived in Chester Springs most of their lives.

Flora is survived by her three daughters: Bonnie Trego and her life partner John Bovell, Amy Brown and her husband Jeff, and Cheryl Trego; her grandchildren: Zachary, Tyler, Cameron and Anna Brown; her siblings: Rita Wesler, Doris Gottier, Mildred Gerringer, William Smith, Shirley Harp,and Ronald Smith. In addition to her parents, Flora was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Smith.

Relatives and friends are invited to her memorial service on Friday, August 24, 2012 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church , 1239 Clover Mill Road, Chester Springs, PA 19425 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery. Officiating will be the Rev. Ronald P. Wesemann. Visitation will be held on Friday morning from 10:30-11:00 AM in the church.
