Francis M. "Brownie" Andrews Sr., 89, husband of the late Catherine M. (Zeleski) Andrews, of Spring City, passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 in Sanatoga Center. Born on October 14, 1928 in Phoenixville, he was a son of the late Catherine (Kilroy) and Daniel Andrews.

Mr. Andrews was a employed for 32 years in transportation at the VA Hospital in Coatesville. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, fan of the Phillies and Eagles and loved spending time with his grandchildren and great'grandchildren.

Mr. Andrews is survived by one son: Francis M. "Butch" Andrews Jr. and his wife Mary Lou, of Spring City; grandchildren: Randy Andrews, of Spring City, Kristin Krammes, of Pottsville, Alicia Andrews, of Pottstown, Robert Andrews, Jr., of Phoenixville, and Ashley Andrews, of Drexel Hill; six great-grandchildren; and sister: Mary Anne Finkbiner, of Lancaster. He was preceded in death by one son: Robert J. Andrews Sr.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be the Rev. John Hutter. Interment will follow in the Holy Trinity Cemetery. Friends will be received from 9:00 am - 11:00 am Tuesday at the funeral home.
