Francis X. Meaney Jr., age 55, of Phoenixville, PA passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2014. Born in Manchester, NH, he was a son of Natalie (Quirk) Meaney of Phoenixville and the late Francis X. Meaney Sr.

Francis was a graduate of Newtown High School and the University of Connecticut in 1984. He served in Ecuador in the Peace Corps for three years. Francis formerly worked at the Royer-Greaves School for Blind, and enjoyed, reading, traveling, and gardening.

In addition to his mother, Francis is survived by four siblings, Daniel J. (Lisa) Meaney, and John E. (Estelle) Meaney, Maura A. Meaney, Megan P. Meaney; and six nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville on Monday, March 24, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Officiating will be the Rev. Stephen A. Moerman. Burial will be Private. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10:00-11:00 AM.
