Frank A. Nagy, Jr., husband of Alice (Horgas) Nagy, of East Coventry Township, PA died Tuesday evening, April 26, 2011 in the Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, PA. Born in Phoenixville, he was a son of the late Frank A. Nagy, Sr., and the late Elizabeth (Bartha) Nagy. Mr. Nagy worked for Phoenix Steel and the Leighton Industries in Phoenixville. He also owned his own dry wall company. In later years, Mr. Nagy worked for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Veterans' Center in Spring City as a groundskeeper. He was a member of the Parkside United Church of Christ in Phoenixville. Mr. Nagy was also a life member of the Valley Forge Fire Company and the West End Fire Company.
In addition to his wife of 56 years, Mr. Nagy is survived by three daughters; Mary "Cookie" Trobaugh, of Florida, Jonece Sergent, of Pottstown, Brenda Rowland, of Elverson, one sister; Sandra Coots, of Phoenixville, one brother; Robert Nagy, Sr., thirteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Nagy was pre-deceased by one brother; Donald Nagy.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Picnic at the Nagy home on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at 1:00PM. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
