Frederick A. "Fred" Billingham, formerly of W. 5th Street, Lewistown, passed away on March 15, 2012 at Golden Living Center, Phoenixville, PA at 91. He was the widower of Blanche (Durst) Billingham.

He was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Sidney W. and Isabella (Campbell) Billingham. He was a graduate of Jamaica High School and served in the Army during WW II with the 3rd Armored Division as an Anti-Tank Gun Crewmen. He was a veteran of the Battle of the Bulge.

Fred was employed at Russell National Bank for 30 years from 1955 to 1985. He retired from the Trust Department.

He is survived by two daughters: Valerie Snyder and husband Bob, of Collegeville and Nancy Shutack and husband John, of Mountain Top, PA and eight grandchildren.
