Gary J. Buckwalter, age 64, devoted companion of Joanne Neizer, of Royersford, PA passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late Richard D. and Betty Jane (Auman) Buckwalter. Mr. Buckwalter attended the Spring-Ford High School. He enjoyed time spent with his family, helping with his family's roofing business and was actively nvolved in quarter midget racing his entire life.

In addition to Joanne Neizer, he is survived by one daughter, Stephanie, wife of Anthony Conde of Florida; five siblings, Richard D. Jr., husband of Nancy Buckwalter, Bruce D. Sr., husband of Veronica Buckwalter; Sandra C., wife of Wilson Cooper, Brian L., husband of Viktoria Buckwalter, Judith A. Bates, wife of Jack Mourar; one granddaughter: Alexa; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother, Roger A. "Burma" Buckwalter.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA 19468 on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Officiating will be the Rev. Paul H. Neff. Burial will follow in the Fernwood Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 PM and on Friday from 9:00-10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Phoenixville Cancer Center, 824 Main Street, Suite 101, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
