Gavin Christopher Owens, 3, passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2009 at A.I. DuPont Children's Hospital, Wilmington, DE after a lengthy illness.

Gavin was born in Philadelphia to Adam and Karen (Hartman) Owens. He is also survived by his big sister Madison Mackenzie, also at home; maternal grandparents, Linda and James Cisick, of Boyertown; paternal grandparents, Molly and Richard Owens, of Turbotville, PA and a host of relatives and friends will miss him dearly.

A celebration of Gavin's life will be on Sunday, November 15, 2009 at 4 PM at Morningstar Fellowship, 100 Limekiln Road, Bechtelsville, PA 19505. Family and friends will be received from 3-4 PM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the 3E Patient Care Unit at the Alfred I DuPont Hospital for Children.
