George J. Banyai, 74, husband of Betty E. (Yost) Banyai, of Royersford, passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2010, in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Detroit, Michigan, he was a son of the late John Banyai and the late Betty Howe.

Mr. Banyai was employed as a laborer at Morris Wheeler in Royersford. He was an avid bowler and repaired mowers for many people.

In addition to his loving wife, Mr. Banyai is survived by two brothers, Robert and David Banyai, both of Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his son, James Banyai, sister, Rose Mary Ellis, brother, John Banyai, and his stepmother, Helen Banyai.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his graveside service at Fernwood Cemetery, on Tuesday, January 4, 2011, at 10 a.m. Arrangements are being handled by the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford.
