George G. Dengler, age 88, husband of Elizabeth M. (Bean) Dengler, of Spring City, PA, died suddenly at home on Friday, June 25, 2010. Born in Royersford, PA, he was a son of the late George G. and Ruth (Miller) Dengler. Mr. Dengler was a graduate of Royersford High School and then served his country in the United States Army during World War II. Mr. Dengler was employed as an automobile mechanic at the Beans Garage in Spring City. He was a member of the Royersford Lions Club, the Spring-Ford Country Club, and was also a member of the First United Church of Christ, Royersford.
In addition to his loving wife of 63 years, Mr. Dengler is survived by many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Alberta Ortolani and Helen Keshuta.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at the Good Sheppard Chapel Mausoleum at the Limerick Garden of Memories, 44 Swamp Pike, Limerick, PA 19468, on Friday, July 16, 2010, at 11:00 AM. Friends will be received from 10:30-11:00 AM. Burial will follow in the Limerick Garden of Memories.
