George E. Fritz, 86, of Limerick, husband of the late Flora (Hess) Fritz, passed away Friday in ManorCare in Pottstown.?
Born in Linfield, he was a son of the late William "Bill" and Lottie Mae (Schott) Fritz.?
Mr. Fritz lived most of his life in the Royersford/Trappe Area.? He was a self employed painter and a member of the Valley Forge Baptist Temple.? He served in the United States Army Air Force during World War II.?
Surviving are several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.? He had two sister, Evelyn Szell and Lucille Gardner.? ?
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by two sons, Larry L., husband of Bertha Fritz and Douglas E., husband of Annette Fritz,?
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at 10 a.m. on Monday at the Valley Forge Baptist Temple, Route 113 and Black Rock Road in Upper Providence, with the Rev. Ronald S. Coulton officiating.? Interment will be held privately in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville.? Friends may call from 9-10 a.m. at the Church.?
