George E. Thornton-Bey, Jr, age 63, of Royersford, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 in ManorCare Health Services - Pottstown. Born on March 26, 1957 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was a son of George Thornton, of Phoenixville and the late Claudia Johnson-Bey.

George had an interest in new technology and liked computers and video games. He enjoyed movies and was a collector of comics, cards, action figures and coins.

George is survived by his son: George E. Thornton-Bey, III and his fiance, Justine Doyle, of Allentown, PA; granddaughter: Claudia Thornton-Bey; step-son: Christian Aponte; and two brothers: Jafar and Rahsul Thornton-Bey.
