Obituary

Georgianna E. (Ressler) Kichline, loving wife of 66 years to Robert H. Kichline, was promoted to glory on November 15, 2011 at her home with her family at her side. Georgie was born on October 22, 1922 in Allentown, PA to the late Raymond and Frances Ressler.

After graduating from Allentown High School, Georgie went on to graduate from Allentown School of Nursing. She worked at Allentown Hospital for a short time, then began her life work as a dedicated wife, mother, and homemaker.

Mrs. Kichline loved the Lord and taught Sunday school for many years in the Royersford Methodist Church and Royersford Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed music, crafts, gardening, cross-word puzzles, and seeing our beautiful country in her motor home-The Minnie. Most of all, she loved being with her family.

Surviving with her husband Robert are her five children, Robert D., husband of Lynda Kichline of Royersford, William, husband of Nancy Kichline of Pottstown, Jane Kichline of Royersford, Kathleen, wife of Irving Pritchett of Hanover, MD, and Timothy Kichline of Bradford, PA. Mrs. Kichline is also survived by five grandchildren Jonathan, Chris, and Jeff Kichline, Deven Roucroft, and Rebecca Pritchett; and five great grandchildren, Jordan, Colin, Eric, Molly, and Alex Kichline. Georgie was preceded in death by her five brothers, Donald, Raymond, Robert, Rodney, and Frederick.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the Royersford Church of the Nazarene, 445 Washington Street, Royersford, PA 19468 on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 10:00 AM. Officiating will be Rev. Larry Powell. Burial will follow in the Limerick Garden of Memories. Friends will be received at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford on Friday evening, November 18, 2011 from 7:00-8:30 PM or at the church from 9:00-10:00 AM Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered in her name to the Royersford Church of the Nazarene, c/o Mission Fund at the address above, or to Seasons Hospice, 1831 West Melville Road, Springfield, MO 65803.
