Gloria F. (Fetterman) Hatfield, 92, of Chester Springs passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Donald K. Hatfield, who passed away in 2004, and Harold C. White, who passed away in 1963. Born on August 29, 1925 in Bethlehem, PA she was the daughter of the late Mary (Kelly) and William Fetterman.

Gloria was employed for over 30 years as a lab technician at the former West Company. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. She loved gardening, sewing, baking and cooking. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, especially to their summer home in Ocean City, NJ.

She was a devoted matriarch to her family who practiced kindness to all and asked for nothing in return. Loved by all who knew her. Her perpetual smile served as her calling card. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and making memories. Gloria lived a full loving and compassionate life always putting others' needs before her own.

Mrs. Hatfield is survived by her daughter: Cynthia L., wife of Ronald Tarewicz, of Chester Springs; step-daughter: Marianne P., wife of Andrew Bixler, of Bucktown; grandsons: Jason, husband of Devon Tarewicz, Stephen Tarewicz and Drew Bixler; great-granddchildren: Julia and Jack Tarewicz; and siblings: William Fetterman, Pearl Sparano, Virginia Domarasky, Mabel Schutz and Sara Rudzik. She was preceded in death by her siblings: Betty Baxter, June Dobra, Dorothy Graten, Shirley White, Verna Severson, Arlene Cory and Richard Fetterman.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service at the St. John's Lutheran Church, 355 St. John's Circle, Phoenixville on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Cynthia L. Krommes and Rev. Thomas T. Kochenderfer. Friends will be received from 9:30 am - 11:00 am Thursday at the Church.
