I am heartbroken to announce the death of my father, Harry Stanley Thomas. He passed away peacefully Tuesday May 24th, 2022 at the age of 84 at Broomall Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Delaware County.

Harry was born October 6th 1937 to the late Roy Thomas and Ruth Jacobs Thomas. He had an amazing sense of humor and was always cracking a joke. He was very much loved by his friends and family. Harry enjoyed doing hands on work, always helping his friends, family and neighbors. He could always see the potential in everything he worked on, he was always trying to fix something or make it work to it's fullest capability. He even started his own handyman business. He had a huge heart and loved being apart of the community, he was a Volunteer Firefighter for Paoli Fire Company for 50 years and was honored in 2016 for being a life member there.

He leaves behind his wife of 48 years, Mary Thomas. Son, DeSaun Thomas. Daughter, Dominique Moore. Son-in-law Keith Moore. Granddaughter, Norah Moore. and a hosts of nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his sisters Thamazine Shepherd, Elizabeth Haley, Helen Thomas, brothers William Thomas Sr and Ross Jacobs.

He will be sadly missed and will always hold a place in our hearts.
