Helen M. (Breese) Centrella, age 88, wife of the late Michael R. Centrella, of Phoenixville, PA passed away on Friday, September 13, 2013 in the Seasons Hospice, Phoenixville. Beloved mother of Michael R. (Eileen) Centrella, Janet A. (Michael) Boland, Stephen J. (Patricia) Centrella, Philip F. Centrella and Susan M. (Kurt) Taylor; Cherished grandmother of Kyle, Justin, Brian, and Julie; and great-grandmother of Cade and Peyton.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass at the St. Ann Chapel, 604 S. Main St., Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery. Friends will be received at the Chapel from 10:00-10:45 AM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Seasons Hospice Foundation, 8537 Solution Center, Chicago, IL 60677. Arrangements are being handled by the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville.
