Helen Zelikovitz, 92, of Phoenixville, passed away on Saturday evening, July 16, 2011 at Phoenixville Hospital. She was the widow of Jacob Zelikovitz.

She was born in Philadelphia to the late Anthony and Victoria (Brzozowski) Sawicki. Helen was a talented artist and painter. She also attended St. Ann and Sacred Heart Churches in Phoenixville as well as volunteering her time as a foster grandmother.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews and was preceded in death by a brothers: Anthony, Alphonse and Edwin Sawicki.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, July 22, 2011 at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 148 Church Street, Phoenixville, PA. Officiating will be Rev. Michael W. Rzonca. Burial will be private in Montefiore Cemetery, Jenkintown, PA. Memorial contributions may be made to Foster Grandparents Program, 3125 Ridge Pike, Eagleville, PA 19403.
