Ian Palmer, 56, of Salem, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Cooper Hospital in Camden, NJ. Born on December 19, 1968, in Philadelphia, PA, Ian was a beloved son, brother, uncle, fiancé and friend whose life touched many.

A graduate of Owen J. Roberts High School, Ian furthered his education at the Philadelphia Art Institute. Throughout his life, he was known for his exceptional skills in operating lights and sound for numerous bands and clubs across the Philadelphia region and in Wildwood, NJ. A resourceful individual, Ian could fix almost anything. He loved the challenge of figuring out how things worked and enjoyed building and repairing electronics, showcasing his natural talent for problem-solving.

Ian found joy in nature, embracing its beauty through hiking and biking-initially BMX and later mountain biking. A self-taught musician, he was a gifted guitarist with a deep passion for music, often sharing his talent with friends and family.

A thoughtful and gentle soul, Ian was known for his quiet demeanor, wit, and clever sense of humor that brought smiles to those around him. His warmth and kindness will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Ian was the elder son of Larry Palmer, husband of Tamar Tulin and the late Nancy LeCron, wife of John Coine. He is also survived by his brother, Rory, husband of Laura Palmer; and two nieces, Paige and Sayde, and his fiancé, Kimberly Riley.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., 610 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Friday, June 13, 2025 at 3:00 PM.
