Iris O. "Peg" (Ney) DiGuiseppe, age 95, wife of the late Pasquale D. "Pat" DiGuiseppe, of Royersford, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 in Promedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Pottstown. Born on April 14, 1926 in Valley View, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Gertrude (Hepler) and Arthur Ney.

Mrs. DiGuiseppe was a 1944 graduate of the former Hegins High School in Valley View, PA. She was member of Sacred Heart R.C. Church in Royersford and had been employed as a cashier for many years for AandP prior to becoming Superfresh. Iris was an amazing seamstress and quilter.

Mrs. DiGuiseppe is survived by her children: Joanne, wife of the late Ray Swavely, of Royersford, Lorraine Frederick, of Perkasie, Carl, husband of Nancy DiGuiseppe, of N. Huntingdon, Alan DiGuiseppe, of Royersford, and Mark, husband of Joan DiGuiseppe, of Royersford; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters: Annamae Roof and Jeanette, wife of Terry Klinger; and brother: Jay Ney. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings: Vere, Carl, Warren, Ray, and Larry Ney and Rita Smith.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass on Monday, April 18, 2022 at 11:00 am, at Sacred Heart R. C. Church, Lewis Road and Walnut Street, Royersford. Officiating will be the Rev. Tadeusz Gorka. Interment will follow in the Fernwood Cemetery. Friends will be received from 9:00 am - 10:30 am Monday at Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford.
