Jack R. MacIlvain Sr., 58, husband of Debra A. (Waldner) MacIlvain, of Audubon, passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018 in Paoli Hospital. Born on February 26, 1960 in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Nancy (Fifer) and Andrew MacIlvain.

Jack was a graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School in Philadelphia and received his bachelors degree in marketing from Philadelphia College of Textile and Science in Roxborough. He had been employed in sales and marketing. Jack was an avid sports fan and loved the Philadelphia Eagles. In his younger days, he volunteered within the community and coached with his children's sports teams.

In addition to his wife, Jack is survived by children: Jack R. MacIlvain, Jr., husband of Alexandra DiNardo of Audubon, Sean, husband of Shelby MacIlvain, of West Norriton and Brianne MacIlvain, of Audubon; siblings: Roberta Lynn MacIlvain-Fehrle, wife of Larry Fehrle, of Michigan and Andrew, husband Renee MacIlvain of Indiana; nieces and nephews: Jacqueline, Kelsey, Amanda, Bob, Victoria, Eric, Andrew and Jake; great-nieces, Charlotte Waldner and Jailyn Fehrle; many close friends that he cherished; and Kona, the beloved family beagle.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, 2725 Egypt Road, Audubon, on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be the Rev. William R. Mueller. Friends will be received from 9:30 am - 10:45 am at the Church. Memorial contributions may be made in Jack's name to the American Cancer Society, 1620 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
