James T. Fox III, age 73, of Phoenixville, passed away at home in his shop surrounded by family, friends, and his tools on Sunday, May 17, 2015. Born in Phoenixville, he was a son of the late James T. Jr. and Catherine B. (Baier) Fox.

Mr. Fox served in the United States Navy, completing "Hell Week" for the Navy UDT. He most recently worked as a mechanic at Total Rental. His enjoyed fishing and working in his yard, and working with model trains.

Mr. Fox is survived by three children, James T. Fox IV of Phoenixville, Krista M., wife of Bruce Brogan of Pottstown, and Robert G. Fox, partner of Ava Walker of Allentown; one sister, Sister Maureen Laura; and one grandson, Cole S. Brogan. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Joan F. Weaver, Patricia A. Dawson, and Barbara C. Fox.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral mass in the St. Ann Church, Main Street at Third Avenue, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Friday, May 22, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place privately. Friends will be received at the church from 9:00-10:45 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Sisters of IHM, 1140 King Road, Immaculata, PA 19345.
