James Patrick Nelson “JP” passed away peacefully at home on June 17, 2023 of Phoenixville, PA. Age 38. Beloved son of James Nelson and Sharon (nee Curiale) of Deptford. Loving Husband to Adina Rowan and Proud Father of Catori Nelson, Lakota Nelson, and Roman Nelson. Cherished brother of Kristi-Lynn (Rusty) DeSantis of Pitman and Dakota (Julie Goss) Nelson of Deptford. Devoted grandson of Patrick Curiale and Geraldine Drouillard. He is survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
JP enjoyed going fishing and spending time at shore with his family. He was hardworking and devoted to his job and family. He worked in construction for most of his life. He was employed by Rowan Enterprise and GMAC Construction. He loved taking his children to the cabin and being apart of Camp Little Big Buck. JP was an avid football fan and took pride in coaching football for the Phuture Phantoms. He cheered for Ohio State and slowly started to love the Eagles. JP was a member of the Rappahannock Indian tribe and served on the board for the You Are Worth It Community Outreach. JP will always be remembered for his smile and laughter but most of all his love and devotion to his family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday July 6 2023 10am- 11am at the Spring City Regeneration Church 45 N Church Street, Spring City, Pennsylvania.
Services will be in the chapel at 11am.
Family encourages everyone to wear JP's favorite colors Red and Black.
