James P. Smith II, age 83, husband of Carol A. (Dinnocenti) Smith, of Royersford, Pennsylvania, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022 in his residence. Born on November 26, 1938 in Philadelphia, he was the son of Mary E. (Gleason) and James P. Smith.

James honorably served as a Seaman in the United States Navy for 6 years during the Korean War. He was a graduate of Mercer Technical Institute, Philiadelphia and had been employed at Eagleville Hospital for many years.

A member of the Lower Pottsgrove Sportsmen's Association and the Kimberton Fish and Game Association, Mr. Smith had a love for shooting, hunting, fishing and competition shooting and reloading.

In addition to his loving wife, Mr. Smith is survived by his son: James P. Smith III, and his wife, Amy Johnston-Smith, of Norristown; and grandson: Anderson Smith.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
