Janet U. Mull, 77, formerly of Parker Ford, died on Friday morning at Sanatoga Court. She was the widow of Lowell F. Mull.

She was born in Highspire, PA a daughter of the late Meade and Sarah (Hoffmaster) Urich. She was a graduate of Highspire High School and West Chester University.

Janet taught elementary education in the Spring-Ford, Owen J. Roberts and Phoenixville School Districts respectively. She also worked for the former Pennhurst State Hospital and various area Day Care Centers.

She enjoyed attending church, gardening, and all kinds of animals.

Janet is survived by a daughter, Dianne M. Stehle and husband John, of Pottstown; one son, Rodney A. Mull and wife Shelley, of Pottstown; one foster daughter, Sara Perdon, of Philadelphia; one foster son, Raymond J. McCourt and wife Robin, of Stillwater, PA; one sister, Patricia Frazier and husband Robert, of Middletown, PA and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Laurie Lynn and grandson, Ricky Barzyk.

Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 2 PM at Parker Ford Baptist Church, 92 Baptist Church Rd., Parker Ford, PA. Officiating will be Chaplain Tony Tilford. Calling time is on Tuesday from 1-2 PM. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
