Jeanne D. Britcher, 81, wife of the late Lawrence Britcher Jr., passed away on Wednesday morning at Manatawny Manor where she had resided the last three years.?
She was born in Norristown to the late George and Anna (Baker) Tyson.? Jeanne was a graduate of Royersford High School and Montgomery Hospital School of Nursing respectively.? She was a nurse for several facilities in the area, most notably Pennhurst and Norristown State Hospitals as well as Coventry Manor.?
She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Limerick, PA.?
Jeanne is survived by a daughter, Joyce, wife of the late John Miley, of Pottstown and son, Gary, husband of Jane Britcher, of Linfield.? There are also three grandchildren, Michael and Brian Britcher and Shelby Miley.?
Her funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10 AM at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA.? Officiating will be Bobbie Hoffman, Director of Discipling.? Calling time is from 9-10 AM. Burial will be in Limerick Garden of Memories.? In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. James Lutheran Church, 93 Kugler Rd., Limerick, PA 19468.?
