Jill Anne Kelly (Nance), 63, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away the morning of March 4th, 2026, at home.

Jill was born in Quantico, VA, on August 9, 1962, to parents, McKendred and Reka Nance. She was the oldest of three children, leaving behind a brother, Jeff Nance, and a sister, Tracy Arlett (Nance) in addition to her parents. She graduated from Phoenixville Area High School in 1980 and played for the softball team while attending. She spent most of her career working within the insurance industry.

Jill married the love of her life, James W. Kelly Jr., on August 24, 1985, and they were married for 40 years, having three daughters together: Kourtney, Kerri, and Kathryn. For many years, Jill was involved in numerous Relay and Bark for Life teams as team captain or Grand Marshall raising funds for the American Cancer Society. She also enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends, crafting, gardening, swimming and spoiling her children and grandchildren.

Jill is survived by her husband, Jim Kelly, three daughters, Kourtney (husband, Eric Griggs), Kerri (husband, George Abbott), and Katie (husband, Mark Shaver); four grandchildren, Aspen, Finley, Emily, and Kya, best friend, Jackie Carver; and other close family members and friends.

Jill is preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Helen Lavinder, and Irene Davis Nance.

A Celebration of Life will be held for close family and friends at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children's Hospitals in memory of Jill.
