Joan C Moyer of Pottstown, PA was born June 24, 1947 at the family farm in Portage, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Joseph B and Mae Pearl (Bowen) Makins.

Joan was a devoted Wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She worked as an office administrator and was known for her dedication to both her family, friends and community.

Joan is survived by her husband of 61 years Hobert S Moyer Sr. Sons Hobert S Moyer Jr wife Connie, Gilbert J Moyer wife Janet, Brian S Moyer wife Victoria, 10 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren. Joan's siblings, James Makins, Ed Makins, Allan Makins and Sandy Moyer and preceded by her brother Joseph Makins and sister Susan Denner.
