Joan I. Guest, age 78, wife of the late Henry F. "Harry" Guest, of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2024 in her residence. Born on June 10, 1945, in Norristown, she was a daughter of the late Marie (Bowman) and William L. Hack.
A graduate of Plymouth Whitemarsh High School, Joan had been employed by Abbotts Dairies, Jamesway in Phoenixville for most of her life, New Holland Ford, and lastly for Martins Food Stores. She loved Jesus, going to the beach, reading, coloring, playing games, and listening to Johnny Mathis. Most importantly, she had a deep devotion to her family and loved doting on her grandchildren.
Joan is survived by her children: Terri, wife of Vincent Rose, of Thorndale, PA and Harry, husband of Sally Moore, of Gilbert, AZ; step-sons: Joseph Guest, of Morgantown, PA and Jim Guest, companion of Kim Dilworth, of Atglen, PA; grandchildren: Julia Rose, Jenny Rose, Kable Moore, Kaile Moore, and Greg Dilworth; and sisters: Carole, wife of Albert Hritz and Doris Ronan. She was preceded in death by a sister: Mary Lou Heffelfinger, wife of Howard Heffelfinger.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 11:00 am at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville. Officiating will be the Rev. Brian Gring. Friends will be received from 10:00 - 11:00 am.
