John A. Klemchak, 60, of Mont Clare, died on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at Phoenixville Hospital after a recent illness. He was the husband Mary Ann Casele.

He was born in Patterson, NJ to John and Carole (Miller) Klemchak, of Fair Lawn, NJ. After serving in the Coast Guard from 1970-1974, John worked for twenty five years as a body mechanic at SEPTA.

In addition to his wife and parents he is survived by a brother, Craig S. Klemchak, of Fair Lawn, NJ; mother-in-law, Margaret Casele, of Upper Providence and many cousins and friends.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA 19460 from 9-11 AM. Service will follow at 11:00 AM.
