In Loving Memory of John Michael Bolt Jr. ("Buddy")

January 22, 1991 - March 8, 2025

John Michael Bolt Jr., affectionately known as "Buddy," passed away on March 8, 2025. Born on January 22, 1991, Buddy attended Norristown Area High School, where he developed a deep love for music and basketball. He spent countless hours at the firehouse with his friends, playing basketball and enjoying the game wholeheartedly.

Buddy was always the life of the party, ensuring everyone had a good time at any gathering. While he may have been known to hide away at times, when he was around, he was definitely a firecracker. In 2023, Buddy founded a business called Upcycle Society with a mission to spread love and positivity. He was passionate about finding the good in people and wanted everyone to love one another. In 2024, he began his studies in cognitive psychology, furthering his mission to understand and help others.

Buddy is survived by his father, John Michael Bolt Sr.; his stepmother, Cynthia Bolt (wife of John Bolt Sr.); his stepfather, Guillermo Tellez; his brother, John Matthew Bolt; his sisters, Samantha Blazo and Callie Chermansky (and her husband Robert); his brother, Enrique Escobedo; his paternal grandmother, Catherine Rothrock; his paternal step-grandmother, Mary Robinson; his maternal grandmother, Diane Jacquot; his nephew, John Singleton III (son of Samantha); and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Lori A. Tellez (Chermansky).

A memorial service will be held at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, on Friday, March 14, 2025. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by the service at 11:00 AM, officiated by Pastor Debra Stevens of Evansburg United Methodist Church.

Rest in peace, Buddy. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
