John C. Zerby, age 89, Husband of the late Roberta Zerby of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Born in Ashland, PA, he was the Son of Blanche Lindenmuth Zerby and Raymond Zerby.

He was a graduate of Gordon Elementary School, a graduate of Ashland Highschool Class of '52, continued onto Buck County Community College and further onto McCann Business School and finished his Bachelor Degree at Rider University. After completing his education John worked in GM dealerships and with the State Police in Harrisburg. He proudly served and was Honorably Discharged from the United States Navy. After moving to Lansdowne from upstate. John worked for Atlantic Aviation for 31 years, and part time with H&R Block. John also did work for Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey, and a seasonal contract job with the IRS. John retired a few months after the loss of his dear wife Roberta and moved to Bucktown.

John is survived by his two children John Zerby Jr. and Donna wife of Jim Wojcik, his Grandson Josh (Cierra) Zerby, and his two sisters Jo-Ann Young, and Linda Zerby and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Roberta Zerby.
