John J. Hallinger Jr., of North Coventry, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2013 at his home. He was 66. John was born in Norristown to the late John J. Sr. and Mary (Smondrowski) Hallinger.

He was a graduate of Bishop Kenrick High School, Norristown, PA and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was retired from the shipping and receiving department at Fleming, King of Prussia, PA.

He is survived by his daughter, Stefani M. Eichelberger, wife of R. Clark, of New Cumberland, PA, her mother Susan L. O'Connell, of Royersford; sisters: Mary Ann Turvey, wife of Joseph, of King Of Prussia and Eleanor Perri, of Royersford; and several nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by a brother, Paul.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday evening, July 31, 2013 at 7:30 PM at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA. Officiating will be Rev. Peter J. DiMaria. Calling time will be from 6:00-7:30 PM. Interment will be private in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
