John H. "Jack" Krasley, age 91, widower of Lydia (Reed) Krasley, passed away peacefully at home on October 27, 2024. He resided for 89 years in Royersford, PA, and for the past two years in Adairsville, GA. He was the son of the late Kermit and Elizabeth (Geissinger) Krasley.
Born in Royersford, Jack graduated from Royersford High School and attended Staunton Military Academy in Staunton, VA and Pennsylvania Military College in Chester, PA. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and served in Korea. Jack was a member of Royersford Lodge No. 585 F&A.M. and Spring City Forest No. 34 Tall Cedars of Lebanon.
Jack was also a lifelong fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State Football. He enjoyed attending the local Spring-Ford Football games with friends for many years. He volunteered to maintain the Legion Baseball fields and was a past member of the Royersford Borough council.
Surviving are his sons Karl Krasley, and wife Sheree of Fleetwood, PA and James Krasley of Adairsville, GA; two granddaughters, Jill and Alli; and his sister Gail.
A graveside service will take place on December 2, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fernwood Cemetery, 988 S. Township Line Road, Royersford, PA for both Jack and Lydia who were married 68 years prior to her passing in 2022.
